How cancellations and refunds work on Scalr.

How billing works

Scalr subscriptions are billed monthly in advance at ₹1199 per month (founding rate). When you subscribe, you authorise a recurring auto-debit mandate with Razorpay; the renewal amount is charged at the start of each billing cycle.

No refunds

We do not refund partial months or unused time. Once a billing cycle has been charged, that payment is not refundable — including if you cancel mid-month, decide the service isn't right for you after subscribing, or stop using the service before your paid period ends.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full access until then, and no further charges are made after that.

Failed payments

If a renewal charge fails, Razorpay retries automatically. If the retries do not succeed, your subscription is paused and your dashboard will indicate this. You can restart by updating your payment method or re-subscribing — no penalty.
