What is Scalr?

Scalr is a WhatsApp-first check-in tool for fitness coaches in India. We send your clients automated check-in reminders on the day you set, and route their replies into a feed in your dashboard. You spend less time chasing check-ins and more time coaching.

Do my clients need to install anything?

No. Clients receive messages through normal WhatsApp on their phone. There's no app to download and no account to create — they just reply like they would to any other WhatsApp message.

How are reminders sent?

Scalr uses the official WhatsApp Business API through Meta. Messages come from a Scalr-managed WhatsApp business number, and they include your customizable template. Your name and brand show up in the message body, not just the sender.

Can I customize what the reminder says?

Yes. Go to Settings → Reminder template. You can write your own message with the {{client_name}} placeholder where you want each client's name to appear. The template is saved per coach, so every coach on Scalr uses their own voice.

What happens when a client replies?

Their reply appears in your Check-ins feed on the dashboard, linked to the client's profile. You'll see what they said, when they said it, and which check-in day it was for. Replies aren't auto-acknowledged — you decide how to follow up.

What does Scalr cost?

Pricing is currently in development. Early coaches get free access while we finalize plans. If you're using Scalr now, you'll get clear advance notice and founding-coach pricing when we introduce paid plans.

Can I delete my account and data?

Yes. Go to Settings → Delete account. We permanently delete your account, your clients, and all check-in history when you confirm. This is required under India's DPDP Act and is something we'd offer regardless.
